Is there a good app for the iPhone where I can get ringtones? I wanted like some of the newer songs not just random things

How do I select the part of a ringtone I want if I bought it on my iPhone?

I bought a ringtone on my iphone and it is only playing the first 10 seconds, but I want the chorus. How do I edit it?
