Case is difficult to use.

Bought the case for my wife. The pieces do not stay attached. Black end falls off. Contacted BlueHarbor (retailer) who sent me to the company Ifrogz for warranty service. Contacted Ifrogz. They are out of them and will not have them for months. Contacted company who sold it. They will issue refund. I will buy a different case.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The case fits snug and tight on my phone, and it has just enough texture that the phone will not slip out of your hands. The only draw back is the tabs on either side do require a bit of finesse getting them locked together. But a little patience and you'll have your case on.

Not Durable

I have had my case for less than 4 months and it is already breaking. I've never dropped my phone and always keep it in a seperate pocket of my handbag. The case has already chipped and opens up all the time! NOT a recommendation!

Great Case, and Great Customer Service

After owning many different iPhone cases, this one in my opinion is the best. Perfect balance between function and style. What compels me to write a review is the very positive experience I had with iFrogz customer service. The bottom black portion of the case developed a small chip in it, and Bethany from iFrogz took care of it for me no problem, in a very timely fashion. This is a company that stands behind its product!
